Ricky Martin to be judge on ‘The Voice … Mexico’

MEXICO CITY (AP) — And the fourth and final judge for “The Voice … Mexico” is: Ricky Martin.

The Puerto Rican pop star will join Yuri, Julion Alvarez and Italian songstress Laura Pausini as the judges for the singing contest.

Mexico’s Televisa network announced that Martin will be the fourth judge in a statement Thursday, saying that “all his experience and musical abilities will be available for the next season of The Voice … Mexico.”

Martin previously was a coach on “The Voice Australia.”

The fourth edition of “The Voice … Mexico” begins Sept. 7.
