Grain mixed, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept delivery was unchanged at $5.38 a bushel; Dec corn was 3.25 cents higher at $3.75 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.325 a bushel; while Nov soybeans gained 10.5 cents to $10.94 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct live cattle was .35 cent higher at $1.6025 a pound; Sep feeder cattle was 2.35 cents higher at 2.2160 a pound; Oct lean hogs gained .18 cent to $1.0745 a pound.
