Missing Gaithersburg mother, daughter located

Police say Shania Zannette Hall, 19, and her 2-year-old daughter, Bailey White, have been found. They are safe and unharmed.

EARLIER – Tuesday – 7/8/2014, 6:04 p.m. ET

WASHINGTON – Police are looking for a Gaithersburg mother and her young daughter, who haven’t been seen in three weeks.

Shania Zannette Hall, 19, and her daughter Bailey White, 2, were reported missing Monday, according to Montgomery County police.

Hall is described as a black woman, about 5-foot-8, 135 pounds with black eyes and black hair. Bailey is described as a black girl, about 18 inches tall, 20 pounds with brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket, purple tank top, dark blue jeans and pink shoes.

Police and family members are concerned for Hall’s emotional and physical well- being and are also worried about Bailey’s welfare. Hall has sent text messages to family saying she and her daughter are alright but the family does not know where she may be.
