WASHIGNGTON – A 17-year-old high school senior died Wednesday while jogging during a physical education class at Surrattville High School in Clinton.

Tekau Rasayon was transported to a Southern Maryland Hospital with her mother. Tekau was later pronounced dead.

Counselors will be available to students this week to offer support services.
