Ugliest dog gets makeover (Video)

WASHINGTON — Jimmy Kimmel described Peanut, the world’s ugliest dog, as either the “world’s ugliest dog or the world’s prettiest rat.”

The comedian arranged for Peanut, the Chihuahua-Shih Tzu mix, to get a makeover.
