England tops Mexico and Norway ousts Brazil to set up World Cup quarterfinal showdown, in photos

Jude Bellingham scored twice, Harry Kane converted a penalty and England beat Mexico 3-2 on Sunday night to reach the World Cup quarterfinals. The Three Lions became the first team to defeat Mexico in a World Cup match at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.

Earlier Sunday in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Erling Haaland scored two goals to lead Norway past Brazil 2-1. The star striker reached seven goals for the tournament, matching Lionel Messi of Argentina and Kylian Mbappé of France atop the scoring list.

England and Norway will meet in the quarterfinals on Saturday in Miami Gardens, Florida.
