Police in Prince George’s County, Maryland, are investigating a fatal stabbing.
It happened Thursday in the 2300 block of University Boulevard in Hyattsville just after 3 p.m. Police responded to a reported stabbing and found a man who had been stabbed near a wooded area. The wooded area is behind a fence that is behind a McDonald’s and a gas station.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police said that a second individual “involved in the stabbing” had been identified and found at the scene. They did not say whether the person was a suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
