Minneapolis has no evidence that so-called “Violence Interrupters” are interrupting any violence. They don’t file any reports. You would think they should in a $7.5 million dollar program. The United States is not only looking for a way out of the fuel price problem, it is going backwards. A man in England will attempt to cross the Atlantic in a 3 foot 3 inch long boat.
