Jan. 7
9 p.m. – Mandolin presents Béla Fleck: My Bluegrass Heart, featuring Fleck and his bluegrass supergroup including Sam Bush, Michael Cleveland, Jerry Douglas, Stuart Duncan, Sierra Hull, Edgar Meyer, Justin Moses, Mark Schatz, Billy Strings, Bryan Sutton, Chris Thile, Molly Tuttle, and more. 8 p.m. – Mandolin presents Joey’s Song: Fighting Epilepsy with Music, a benefit concert live from The Sylvee Theater in Madison, WI. The house band will be the Know-It-All Boyfriends, featuring Butch Vig and Duke Erikson from Garbage along with Freedy Johnson and others. Special guest performers include Dave Pirner (Soul Asylum), Chris Collingwood (Fountains of Wayne), Tonya Donelly and Gail Greenwood (Belly), Kay Hanley (Letters to Cleo), Laura Jane Grace (Against Me), and more. 9 p.m. – Rolling Live Studios and Mike Garson present A Bowie Celebration featuring performances from Def Leppard, Noel Gallagher, Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon and John Taylor, Living Colour, Evan Rachel Wood, Rob Thomas, Gary Oldman, Walk The Moon, and more. The 2nd annual livestream is on what would have been Bowie’s 75th birthday and benefits Save The Children. Tickets start at $25, and you can buy them here.
