DC police: Suspect threw bricks at man and baby

A man is in custody after throwing bricks at people Sunday morning in Capitol Hill, D.C. police said.

Police said the suspect, identified as 44-year-old Jerome Razor, hit a man and a baby with bricks on the 600 block of E Street SE around 10:05 a.m. He allegedly walked up behind the pair and hit them with a brick before running from the scene.

Police later arrested Razor and charged him with assault with a dangerous weapon.

The two victims were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of their injuries, but police did not say how severe those injuries were.
