2 men arrested for Ocean City stabbing of 4

One man from Delaware and another from Maryland have been arrested for their involvement in a Friday morning stabbing in Ocean City, Maryland, that sent three people to the hospital.

Ocean City police officers arrested Stas Urbanski-Hughes, 18, of Frankford, Delaware, and Brandon Storm Allen Messick, 18, of Ocean City, Maryland, on four counts of first-degree assault, four counts of second-degree assault, four counts of reckless endangerment and openly wearing and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Officers responded to the “10-blk” of 130th Street for a report of an assault at approximately 12:35 a.m., where they found four stabbing victims in front of “Station 4 Fire Headquarters,” according to a police news release.

Ocean City EMS personnel said they treated the victims on site before three of the victims were flown to area hospitals by the Maryland State Police.

The fourth person was not transported. All four are said to have non-life-threatening injuries.

Police: Virginia 2-year-old twin sisters found, returned home

Police in the City of Alexandria in Virginia confirmed that twin sisters Bailee and Mariah Fostion were returned home. The 2-year-olds were last known to be with their noncustodial parent, John Gaddy III, on Aug. 29.
