Police ID teen shot to death in Langley Park

Police are working to identify a motive and possible suspects in a shooting that left a Maryland teenager dead Monday.

Prince George’s County police identified the teen as 18-year-old Cristopher Sanchez of Langley Park.

Police said they responded around 5:30 p.m. to the 8000 block of New Hampshire Ave in Langley Park.

When police arrived on the scene, they found Sanchez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are still investigating the incident and searching for a suspect.
