COLORS Podcast: Is Milwaukee the most racist city in America?

On the latest edition of COLORS — A Dialogue on Race in America, with Chris Core and J.J. Green: John Norquist, the former mayor of Milwaukee says recent statistical indices that claim Milwaukee is the most racist city in America are based on a flawed methodology.

Norquist said the “Dissimilarity Index,” the foundation for most of the indices, “is one of the most racist constructions to measure racism that’s come up outside of the Ku Klux Klan.”
