Joe Biden and his newly named running mate, California Sen. Kamala Harris, made an appearance near Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware.

Biden and Harris delivered remarks before going to a campaign fundraiser.

The remarks were originally scheduled to take place at 3:50 p.m., but were pushed back to begin at 4:30 p.m.
