WASHINGTON — One man was killed in a shooting in Landover, Maryland, early Saturday morning.

Prince George’s County police said officers were called to the area near East Forest Road and Kent Village Drive just after midnight for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to his body. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police are still working to establish a suspect and motive in the case. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-411-8477.
