Nominate your favorite local businesses for WTOP’s Top 10 contest

WTOP’s annual Top 10 Contest is back!

Through July 15, we’re accepting nominations for the best local businesses in the following 10 categories: best burger, pizza, barbecue, brewery, brunch, coffee shop, winery, tacos, bagels and crabs.

Ten businesses in each category will move on to our “finalist” voting round, which takes place July 23 through Aug. 3.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • We want to highlight the work of truly local businesses. It’s OK if businesses have multiple locations, but those with locations outside D.C., Maryland and Virginia are disqualified.
  • Please include the name and location of the business you are nominating.
  • You can nominate businesses in one or all of the categories below.

Thanks for participating! And don’t forget to come back and vote for our finalists beginning July 23.

In the meantime, be sure to check out last year’s Top 10 winners.
