WASHINGTON — Utility crews are ready with summer storms on the horizon.

At Pepco’s training facility in Rockville, Maryland, WTOP’s John Aaron suited up in a safety harness and hardhat to get a rare firsthand look at what it’s like to work from a moving platform, next to live power lines, several stories up.
