What’s new at Nationals Park this year? New giveaways, bobbleheads, food for this season

WASHINGTON — The Washington Nationals’ season ended in a disappointing Game 5 playoff loss to the Chicago Cubs on Oct. 12, 2017. Since then, however, the Nationals Park staff has been busy getting ready for the 2018 season.

The Nats open the season on the road on Friday, March 30, in Cincinnati, before returning for the home opener on April 5 against the New York Mets.

Rogers sharp again for the Orioles in a 3-1 victory over Washington

BALTIMORE (AP) — Trevor Rogers pitched into the seventh inning and Blaze Alexander hit a two-run single to lift the Baltimore Orioles to a 3-1 victory over the Washington Nationals on Friday night. Washington has lost four straight and seven of nine.
