WATCH: Swearing-in ceremony of Neil Gorsuch

WASHINGTON — During a public White House ceremony, 49-year-old Neil Gorsuch is taking the second of two oaths as he prepares to take his place as the 113th justice of the Supreme Court. Justice Anthony Kennedy will administer the oath set by federal law.
