Nationals cancel Friday exhibition game

WASHINGTON — The Washington Nationals will not play the Friday exhibition game against the Boston Red Sox because of inclement weather.

The Nationals will not play their first game back home since returning from spring training in Florida Thursday evening because of heaving rain moving through the D.C. area. The game will not be rescheduled, Nationals’ communications team said.[related_gallery align=”right”]
