Fairfax Co. massage therapist charged with inappropriate touching

FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) — Fairfax County police say a 55-year-old massage therapist has been arrested for allegedly touching a 25-year-old woman inappropriately.

Detectives obtained 12 warrants for Juan Carlos Villanueva, who was arrested Thursday and charged with inappropriate touching, practicing without a license and operating an unlicensed massage business.

Police say the victim visited Massage and Bodywork in McLean at about 7:15 a.m. on Aug. 26. During a massage session, police say Villanueva touched her inappropriately.

Police say the victim was taken to a local hospital for an examination and treatment.

Eric Udler, producer of the Super Pet Expo at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, said that there has been a significant increase in pets being adopted with so many people working from home.
