School bus strikes pedestrian

WASHINGTON — A woman sustained life-threatening injuries after she was struck by a Montgomery County Public Schools bus Thursday morning.

The Montgomery County Police Department says the pedestrian was struck about 9:30 a.m.on Crabbs Branch Way in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Police say no children were on the school bus at the time of the collision.
