WASHINGTON — The ridiculousness of “Sharknado” is making itself right at home in the nation’s capital. The third installment of the SyFy franchise about man-eating sharks raining down from the sky is called “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!” and includes scenes filmed in Washington, D.C. In March, filming took place in locations around town, including former Rep. Michele Bachmann’s scene outside the White House.
