District Photo to acquire Snapfish from Hewlett-Packard

WASHINGTON — A Prince George’s County company is acquiring the photo-sharing site Snapfish.

Bloomberg Business reported on Tuesday that Hewlett-Packard is selling Snapfish, which lets users store, share and print photos, to District Photo, a Beltsville-based digital-printing company.

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

District Photo owns InkGarden.com, which let you customize products with photos.
