Baby born without eyes (Video)

WASHINGTON — An Arizona woman who had a normal pregnancy delivered a baby boy born without eyes.

The extremely rare condition is called Anophthalmia.

Initially, staffers at Arizona’s Banner Desert Medical Center thought baby Richie’s face was swollen. Then, they discovered his eyelids didn’t open because he didn’t have eyes.
