WASHINGTON — Anne Arundel County firefighters are investigating a car blaze
that occurred in a parking garage at the Westfield Annapolis mall Saturday
afternoon.

At 1:15 p.m., the fire department received “several” 911 calls about the fire,
says Lt. Cliff Coozer with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.

Soon after, a group of firefighters went into the garage and found several cars
on fire.

It took 25 firefighters roughly 15 minutes to bring the fire under control,
Coozer says.

No injuries were reported.
