Lt. Gov. Brown casts ballot in Maryland election

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) — Maryland Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown has cast his ballot in Maryland’s election

Brown went to a polling site in Upper Marlboro in Prince George’s County with his wife and his mother Tuesday morning. A crowd of supporters cheered him outside.

Brown told reporters afterward that he’s confident “but never complacent.”

Brown, a Democrat, is running against Republican Larry Hogan to be Maryland’s next governor.
