Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery was 5.50 cents lower at at $5.3275 a bushel; Dec corn was 6.50 cents lower at $3.67 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.4725 a bushel; while Jan soybeans lost 20.75 cents to $10.09 a bushel.

Beef and pork was mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle was .45 cent lower at $1.6660 pound; Jan feeder cattle was .05 cent higher at 2.2985 a pound; Dec lean hogs gained .25 cent to $.8910 a pound.
