Energy provider Dominion enhances website

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Energy provider Dominion says changes to its website are making it easier for visitors to find information and conduct business with the company online.

Officials say the dom.com website that launched late last week has a new look and improved navigation.

Dominion says the site will remember what visitors were seeking during their last visit and take them to that information during future visits instead of having to navigate through the main site each time.

Custom landing pages will give residential and business customers, job seekers, investors and suppliers easy access to the content they seek out most often.

The company says more than 2.6 million visitors log on to the website each month and 1.2 million customers manage their Dominion account using the website.
