Rep. Scott to hold health care town hall

PETERSBURG, Va. (AP) — U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott is planning to hold a town hall meeting about health care in Petersburg.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday night a the Tabernacle Baptist Church’s Family Life Center.

Scott’s office says he will be joined by health care experts who will provide an overview of the Affordable Care Act, the enrollment process and other health care initiatives at the federal and state levels.

Marketplace Open Enrollment for 2015 starts in November and runs into February.
