Police investigate 2 Annapolis stabbings

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Annapolis police are investigating two separate stabbings.

Police said Wednesday that the first stabbing victim, a 17-year-old boy, reported being approached by several men in the Moreland Parkway area and then being stabbed in the abdomen and back after a fight ensued. The teen walked into the Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment around 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Around 11 p.m. Tuesday, police say a 35-year-old man reported being stabbed twice in the abdomen. He was taken to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.

Police say the teen and the man have non-life-threatening injuries.
