Giants’ Beckham set for 2nd start with Cruz out

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Odell Beckham Jr. is set for his second career start in the New York Giants’ first game without wide receiver Victor Cruz.

Beckham was in the lineup along with Reuben Randle for Sunday’s game at the Dallas Cowboys. Cruz was lost for the season to a torn patellar tendon in his right knee in last week’s loss at Philadelphia.

The 12th pick in the first round of this year’s draft, Beckham missed the first four games with a hamstring injury. He has six catches for 72 yards and a touchdown.

With Dallas right tackle Doug Free expected to miss up to a month with a broken right foot, Jermey Parnell is making his third career start in his place.
