Dartmouth holds off Holy Cross 24-21

HANOVER, N.H. (AP) — Dalyn Williams threw for 156 yards and two touchdowns, leading Dartmouth to a 24-21 victory over Holy Cross on Saturday.

Kyle Bramble added 113 yards rushing and Ryan McManus caught eight passes for 88 yards and touchdown for the Big Green, who never trailed in the game.

Tied at three early in the second, Dartmouth reeled off 21 straight points, including Williams’ touchdown passes to McManus and Bramble.

Holy Cross made a run late in the fourth, scoring on a 4-yard touchdown run by Shane Taylor and 6-yard pass from Peter Pujals to Tyler Artim. Holy Cross subsequently attempted an onside kick, but it was recovered by the Big Green.

Pujals led Holy Cross with 208 yards passing and 82 yards rushing, but was plagued by two interceptions.
