Shaun White bringing action sports to Rose Bowl

PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — Shaun White is bringing a two-day festival featuring action sports, music, fashion, art and food to the Rose Bowl on Feb. 21-22.

The Olympian announced Friday that he will participate in snowboarding and skateboarding exhibitions at Air + Style, which White will host and produce through his own company.

White also plans to perform at the historic Pasadena stadium with his band Bad Things. Other musical acts will be announced later, along with a list of the athletes in the snowboarding, skateboarding and skiing competitions.

Air + Style began 21 years ago in Austria and a second event in the series was added in China five years ago. Those two events will lead into the final event at the Rose Bowl.
