Police seeking public help after fatal hit-and-run

WASHINGTON — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Culpeper, Virginia, on Oct. 16.

Virginia State Police say Robert Lee Walker, 72, was killed when he was hit on Rt. 3, just west of Rt. 620.

Police believe the car was red and has damage to its left front corner area.
