Grain mostly lower, livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery rose 5.25 cents to $4.985 a bushel; Dec corn was 10.75 cents lower at 3.34 a bushel; Dec oats lost a penny to $3.4275 a bushel; while Nov soybeans sunk 19.5 cents to $9.225 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle lost .57 cent to $1.6530 a pound; Nov feeder cattle was 2.32 cents lower at $2.3920 a pound; while Dec lean hogs declined 1.22 cents to $.9440 a pound.
