Grain mostly higher, and beef lower and pork higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery declined 14.50 cents to $4.9325 a bushel; Dec corn was 1.50 cents higher at 3.4275 a bushel; Dec oats rose .50 cent to $3.4375 a bushel; while Nov soybeans advanced 7 cents to $9.42 a bushel.

Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle fell 2.18 cents to $1.6587 a pound; Nov feeder cattle was 1.40 cents lower at $2.4152 a pound; while Dec lean hogs were .45 cent higher to $.9562 a pound.
