First-round pick Beckham makes Giants debut

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — First-round draft pick Odell Beckham is finally going to play for the New York Giants.

The 12th pick overall is in the Giants’ lineup for the first time since pulling a hamstring on the opening day of training camp. The LSU receiver missed all five preseason game and the first four regular-season contests.

Rookie linebacker Devon Kennard also is active. He has been sidelined since the season opener with a hamstring injury. Fellow linebacker Jon Beason misses his third straight game with a foot injury.

Falcons starting left guard Justin Blalock is out with a back problem and receiver Harry Douglas is out with a foot injury. Harland Gunn is expected to start for Blalock.
