Saints WR Stills probable, Lorig and Ball out

METAIRIE, La. (AP) — New Orleans Saints second-year receiver Kenny Stills is progressing toward a possible return to action for the first time since re-aggravating a quad injury in the preseason.

Stills is listed as probable for Sunday’s game in Cleveland on the Saints’ final injury report. The receiver, who had 32 catches for 641 yards and five touchdowns last season, says he feels ready physically and that coach Sean Payton has the final say.

Linebacker Curtis Lofton, who had a minor shoulder injury against Atlanta last week, and Keenan Lewis, who has some knee soreness, both have practiced fully since Thursday and are listed as probable on Friday’s report.

Fullback Erik Lorig and safety Marcus Ball, who missed Week 1 with ankle and hamstring injuries, respectively, are out again this weekend.
