Triple-i acquires Global Net Services, Inc.

To support its work with the Food and Drug Administration’s IT solutions, Information Innovators Inc, also known as Triple-i, have acquired Global Net Services, Inc.

The move allows both companies to expand their reach into the federal market. GNS provides IT systems engineering and software development. The details of the deal were not disclosed but Triple I is backed by DFW Captial Partners and investment bank KippsDeSanto.

General Dynamics is combining two of its Fairfax based business units. The company’s advanced information systems will join it’s C4 systems making the company more cost effective and efficient for customers.

The latest area mergers and acquisitions

Novaria Group acquired most of Weatherford Aerospace's assets. The company provides aircraft wing skins and aerospace products. Potomac River Group, a company that provides tech support to the federal government, will merge with View Systems Inc.
