NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Lady Antebellum’s family keeps growing as singer and guitarist Dave Haywood became a new father.

Cash Van Haywood was born on Sunday in Nashville, Tennessee. A publicist for the country group says the boy weighed 7 pounds and was 19 inches long. The baby boy’s name is based on family names. Mother Kelli Haywood’s maiden name is Cashiola and the baby’s paternal grandfather’s name is Van.

It’s the first child for Haywood. But his bandmate, singer Hillary Scott, has a 1-year-old girl, Eisele, with her husband, Chris Tyrrell.

The Grammy-winning band, featuring Haywood, Scott and Charles Kelley, have a new album, “747,” coming out on Sept. 30.
