ATLANTA (AP) — A fourth American who contracted Ebola in West Africa is expected to arrive in the U.S. for care Tuesday and will be treated at the Atlanta hospital where two other aid workers successfully recovered from the disease.

Emory University Hospital is citing confidentiality in not releasing more information about the person. But the World Health Organization says one of its doctors who had been working in an Ebola treatment center in Sierra Leone has tested positive. The State Department says that doctor is from the U.S.

Another American doctor has been treated at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. The family of Dr. Rick Sacra says he appears to be better tolerating his experimental treatments and was able to eat breakfast Monday for the first time since arriving. The 51-year-old remains in stable condition, but his recovery remains uncertain.
