Grain mostly higher, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery was 1.25 cents higher at $5.3050 a bushel; Dec corn was 4.50 cents higher at $3.51 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.41 a bushel; while Nov soybeans gained 4.25 cents to $10.0750 a bushel.

Beef and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct live cattle was 2.45 cents higher at $1.5950 pound; Oct feeder cattle was 1.50 cents higher at 2.2350 a pound; Oct lean hogs rose 2.75 cents to $1.0540 a pound.
