MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — The Memphis Grizzlies have waived guard Jamaal Franklin.
Franklin, 23, averaged 1.9 points, 1.1 rebounds and 7.7 minutes in 21 games for the Grizzlies as a rookie last season. The Grizzlies selected the 6-foot-5 guard from San Diego State in the second round with the 41st overall pick in the 2013 draft.
