Strengths: QB, RB, WR, TE, DE, CB, K.

Weaknesses: S, P, KR.

What’s New: Might not be another Monsters of the Midway, but a defense that could perhaps hold its own and complement the high-powered offense.

Expectations: Bears finished 8-8 last season with that prolific offense, but missed playoffs for sixth time in seven years because defense struggled. That group got big makeover, highlighted by signing of Allen. Questions remain at safety along with some linebacker and defensive tackle spots. Offense has all 11 starters back. Depth could be issue if QB Jay Cutler or RB Matt Forte get hurt, with no proven backups.
