Grain higher, beef higher, pork mostly higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery rose 6.75 cents to $5.6225 a bushel; Dec corn was 2.5 cents higher at 3.715 a bushel; Dec oats were up 7 cents to $3.5525 a bushel; while Nov soybeans were 3.75 cents higher at $10.42 a bushel.

Beef was higher while pork was mostly higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct live cattle rose 1.45 cents to $1.47 a pound; Oct feeder cattle was .87 cent higher at $2.0947 a pound; while Oct lean hogs lost .75 cent to $.9287 a pound.
