Raptors sign swingman Jordan Hamilton

TORONTO (AP) — The Toronto Raptors have signed Jordan Hamilton, a swingman who played last season with Denver and Houston.

The 6-foot-7 Hamilton averaged 6.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 17.0 minutes in 60 games last year. In 126 career games, he has averaged 5.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 13.3 minutes while shooting 36 percent from 3-point range.

Hamilton played in college at Texas and was drafted 26th overall by Dallas in 2011. He was traded on draft night to Denver as part of a three-team deal involving Portland.
