Man fatally shot in Towson alley

TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County police say a 30-year-old man was fatally shot in an alley near his Towson home.

The shooting occurred Sunday night. Police say they got a call about shots fired and found 30-year-old Ramel Baker lying in an alley, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he died.

The slaying is under investigation, and police are trying to determine whether Baker was targeted by his killer.
