Aria deli, beer and wine store opens in Bethesda

Aria, Gallery BethesdaA combination, deli, convenience store, beer and wine shop and dry cleaner operation opened Monday in the first floor of the new Gallery Bethesda apartment building.

Aria officially opened Monday with access and seating on the pedestrian walkway connecting Auburn and Del Ray Avenues.

According to Bethesda Magazine, the store also provides direct access to residents of the Gallery, which officially opened in June and has been accepting new residents for much of 2014.

The 2,500-square-foot space is still in the process of being filled. So far, it includes a small grocery section, eating area, deli counter, coffee station and dry cleaner.

Aria will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the week and from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends.
