Va. man with mental disabilty located

U.S. Park Police say that Brandon Hewgill has been found.

WASHINGTON — The United States Park Police has received a report of a missing 64-year-old Virginia man with a mental disability . Brandon Hewgill was last seen on July 5, 2014 in the District on the National Mall around 17th Street and Constitution Avenue, NW.

He was last seen wearing a blue and white striped shirt, blue jean shorts and white tennis shoes. He is described as 5 feet, 7 inches in height and weighing 169 pounds. Hewgill is unable to speak or write.

Hewgill is a resident of a care facility in Vienna, Virginia. The public is asked to help and provide any information regarding Hewgill’s whereabouts by contacting the the U.S. UN Park Police Criminal Investigations Branch at 202-610-8730.
